I've always had a deep fascination for anatomy, its unbelievable functions and the mysteries of the human body’s potential. From as early as I can remember, health and wellness have been synonymous concepts for me.
Now as a seasoned professional, I feel
privileged to be serving, learning and guiding clients on their personal journeys. Everyone that’s here, is fully here and ready to explore more of their physical, mental and energetic health.
After spending six months feeling confused as to why my body was not responding as usual. I went through weight gain, rashes, nausea, dizzy spells, purging and mood swings on a daily basis with no real understanding as to why. After multiple doctor appointments, I received an official diagnosis for Hashimoto’s Disease and hypothyroidism.

I am overwhelmed with gratitude to have the body and mind that I have. No matter what trials and tribulations I’ve been through, I know that there is always more to integrate versus neglect. Im dedicated to work on growing my practice and being of service to more people.
At age 15, I was passionately training as a classical ballet dancer in New York City until I seriously injured my left ankle.
After 3 years of recovery and no ballet shoes, I began studying exercise science at the University of Miami where I deepened my knowledge on the benefits of physical therapy and whole body care. Simultaneously I became certified in mat pilates at Gramercy Pilates Studio which totally reconnected me back to my younger, dancer self.
Before I could even graduate, I began working for an ambitious fitness and wellness startup which opened my eyes to realize my professional capacity as a ‘do-it-all’ employee that wore many hats. My time there really shaped my understanding of the industry at large and as time went on I continued to fall more in love with exercise practices, movement modalities and overall health and wellness. Years later working towards receiving a teaching certification in Ashtanga Yoga.
My unexpected diagnosis and want for a new career path led me to immediately enroll myself as a student at Institute of Integrative Nutrition to learn more.
At the same time I studied under mentor Joy Dushey on her breathwork alchemy course and graduated as a certified breathwork facilitator.
