Collaborating on a 1:1 basis, we address your daily go-tos, goals, highs, lows, symptoms, tendencies, thoughts, feelings and so much more to better understand what works best for you today and tomorrow.

Take part in weekly 60 minute meetings over the course of 12 weeks via Zoom. Together we will cover:
